First off Let Me say I Strongly apologize if any of this has been covered in other threads I been reading for a couple of days and Have a lot of info flying at me so I thought I break down and make a post with my questions .

So I been really Interested in E-cigs for a while now But hated to drop 50-100 bucks on something I was nto sure if I would like . But I saw that they have disposable ones now . Took me a while But I finally found a site selling them .

ordered a "Disposable eCigar (J1800) : Single eCigar" For about 10 bucks from the vaporguys.com

I figure that be a great way to at least to test to see if I would half way like it or not ( Should be here 2mow )

So I figure I would Puff on that all day as soon as I get it and if everything gose well and I like it I will be placing a Order for a Starter Kit .

And here is where my questions come into play at .
After looking at different models and different vendors
I have came to the conclusion that i want a Tecc-510 Titan
I have heard good things about the throat hit
and Size
Plus I think the man batt will be better
I decided to go with totallywicked-eliquid because as vein as this sounds they have the White bat with red LED and i want it to look like a cig ( because Joe Camel says smoking makes U look cool lol )

i Know a pass through is a must for me since i'm in front of a computer like 90% of my day.

With the Kit I was Looking at I will get 2 Batts and 2 Atomizer , 10 carts and 1 charger for around 55 ( if I can still catch the sell )

Should I look At getting any other Supplies with my first Order ?

and my next question is i know I'm going to want some fluid I have seen one sample pack from Johnson Creek I want to try some different favors

would it be better to pick up a sample kit or
Buy a Big 30 ML bottle of Unflavored and Try to mix flavors my self ?

and the last thing I wanted to get my dad a starter kit to after looking what or where would be the cheapest option in setting him up with a 510

because I'm sure he is not going to be as vein as me about the looks

I am so new at this that I am sure that someone will come around with better answers, but I did a bunch of price comparisons for the 510 and the best price I found was Rocky Mountain Vapor ($10 cheaper even with the TW sale). I placed an order from him about 5 days after placing an order from Totally Wicked and the RMV order got to me before the Totally Wicked order placed 5 days before. He also offers great customer service and free shipping. Finally he has the white / red kit in stock as well.

I got a bunch of different 10ml flavored liquids so I can test what I like. RMV sells the 10ml for $6. I don't know that I have found a flavor I love yet, but I have finally ordered some unflavored stuff that I am going to mix myself.

I haven't tried Johnson Creek myself. I really wanted to, but found a ton of posts that people have had problems or did not like their new formula. If you do decide to try it let me know... I'm still a little interested. I have heard great stuff about Janty liquid and I have a few small bottles on the way to test, but I think I am just going to stick to mixing my own. This way I can make small samples (5ml or maybe less) and keep doing that until I stumble on something I really like!

I'm a little over a month into vaping but here's what I'd recommend:

Should I look At getting any other Supplies with my first Order ?

10-15 5ml plastic dropper bottles - need them for mixing flavors
3 ml hypodermic needle with the needle - really helps filling carts

Items you'll want to have and can get at a local drugstore:

Small pair of tweezers with sharp points - extracting and filling filler material in carts.

Graduated eyedroppers - these are great for mixing a strong liquid down to a weaker liquid. I have two. The first is a 1 ml dropper that I use for the e-liquid. The second is a 5 ml dropper that I use for VG. Using these two you can setup several of the 5ml dropper bottles and measure out the necessary e-liquid in to each then the VG. I usually do 3 bottles this way on Sunday and have plenty of my standard juice to last all week.

10 ml hypodermic syringe, needle optional - a good tool for recovering juice for carts. You can save and re-use the juice. Just take the wet filler material out of the cart, put it in the syringe and squeeze.

would it be better to pick up a sample kit or
Buy a Big 30 ML bottle of Unflavored and Try to mix flavors my self ?

I'd recommend getting a 30 ml bottle of the strongest e-liquid from your supplier and cut it down with VG. You can really stretch a bottle of juice that way.

what or where would be the cheapest option in setting him up with a 510 ?

I can't post links yet so check out the message on this forum titled "thinking about getting 510 check out". The price for the starter kit is pretty good.

I don't know if it's cheaper than what you've found, but you can get a 510 out of the box starter kit from Cignot.com for $40 shipped.

To start, I would stick to trying sampler packs and figuring out what you like before you start mixing. The $6 bottles from RMV is a good deal. Johnson Creek is an interesting juice, some like it, some don't. I personally don't care for it. It's not bad, just not for me. So, get the sampler and go from there.

Hope that helps!

Since you are using carts, eventually you will hear about this:

As to the DIY juices, I'd recommend getting a sampler, and
doing it yourself. The sampler will give you something to vape while
you experiment.

As to the cost. . . I think you are seeing that it is going to be an initial
investment, then you can coast from there on in. But what are a carton
of smokes going for these days? Judge against that, and then don't
look back.

Hope that helps...
