So my new starter kit came today! Yay! I am so stoked!!! I do have a question. I was using the disposables with the nicotine strength from 18mg to 24 mg. (24 in the morning) I usually would take anywhere between 5 to 10 hits of those and then put it down. I purchased 18 mg e juice with my kit. I noticed with this I have taken maybe 4 to 6 hits and I kinda feel jittery or like a rush through my veins. (Kinda hard to explain. Maybe like drinking too much coffee?) I don't feel sick or have a headache. Could this nicotine strength be too strong for me? Is 18 mg juice the same as 18 mg disposable e cigarettes?

The strength of the liquid is likely the same but if your starter kit (you didn't mention what kind...:)) is producing more vapor, thicker vapor, you're getting more of the juice with each puff. Finding the strength you like is listening to your body, if you feel good, and are not craving more nic...that's your level. If you're feeling jittery, put it down for a bit, until you get a craving. Also a bottle of 12mg would be worth a try, keep the 18mg for first thing in the AM when you need a jolt...:)

It's just one of those ego starter kits with a ce4 clearomizer blister pack. (variable voltage) The vapor is almost the same, maybe a teeny bit more. I mean I don't feel BAD and I don't feel really jittery. Kinda like the onset of it, I guess? Like the feeling you get when you know you need to stop drinking coffee. It's so hard to explain LOL

An eGo should give you a much better vape than a disposable cig-a-like, it will use up the liquid faster. Some lesser strength juice would be your best bet to try, see if you're satisfied, no cigarette cravings...if so you found your level.

Keep the higher strength for when you're stressed, or you get a case of the cravings...:vapor:

Relax, you won't overdose on the nicotine, you'll get headaches, nausea, hiccups if the nicotine is a bit too much. And the cure would be to stop vaping for an hour or two. (Just like putting the coffee cup down...)

Try vaping only when needed. When you feel a craving, take a vape and then put it down and turn your attention elsewhere. If you have further craving, come back and vape again. Unlike smoking there is no penalty for putting the e-cig down after only a puff or two. If you keep taking puffs for the same amount of time you used to use for smoking, you could get too much nic. You only need to puff until you have gotten enough nic for killing your present craving.

My whole thing is that I am vaping like I smoke, habit wise. After I eat, while I am on the phone, when I wake up and go to bed. Two or three hits doesn't seem to satisfy the habit. With the disposables, it seemed ok. I just took 5 or 6 puffs and I was ok. Not so much with the ego. So I'll either have to lower my nic or break the habit I guess lol
