I am fiddling with my first carto-tank.
At what point do you want to fill it?
I mean, I've got liquid still covering ONE hole when it's tipped, and it's fine so far.

Do you refill as soon as liquid's not covering both holes?
Or do you refill as soon as the liquid's below the cart holes when it's level?
Or do you go all the way to the point that liquid's not going to reach even one punch (or a slot) even when you tip to vape?

Hey Trainski...

I forget to look sometimes and the liquid level is frequently below the holes... even tipped.

The carto itself holds a good amount, so sometimes, until I start getting a weak flavor... I won't bother. That "weak flavor"... is your last warning.

Depends what I am going to do with it next. You can vape it dry because there is still juice left in the carto, even when the tank is empty.

I tend to just top of the tank on my way out the door. If I need to I will change out a carto mid-tank, using ocelot's method (she has a video on it). But if the carto needs to be changed, and I have no more of the juice left to refill with, I will vape it until it's gone.

Main thing to remember is that carto tanks are not clearos, and do not need to be filled before the mid-way point to avoid leaking (as was the case with Vivi Novas). So, I think the answer is, whatever works for you.
