Refilling Blu carts?

Refilling is a simple matter.
1) Take the empty cart. Use a paper clip or similar device to push through the small hole in the cart. This will expose the inner cart.
2) Take the inner cart and, using tweezers or a paperclip, remove the filler (white poly-fil fiber).
3) Remove any remaining foil or plastic from the inner cart top.
4) Clean all the components by rinsing in hot water.
5) Either hand dry (tedious) or air dry (time consuming) all parts.
6) Take your liquid and fill the inner cart approximately 3/4 full.
7) Slowly reinsert the filler material. Be careful not to over compress the filler. You will want it to be as spread out as possible. Make sure the filler is seated below the top of the inner cart with nothing sticking out as it will snag on the atty bridge when inserted.
8) Top off the fluid in the inner cart so that it fills to just below the top of the inner cart.
9) Re-insert the inner cart into the outer cart and seat it fully using the paperclip.
Your all set. It looks complicated but it's really not too bad once you get the hang of it. Its more complicated than some models but nothing outrageous.
As for juice vendors, look at the bottom area of the forum index. You will find numerous vendors. Finding a flavor, strength, and supplier is up to you as only you know what you want. I'm sure you will have no trouble finding many fine reviews on this forum for refill juice.
