Refilling Mistic cartos

Do you "have" to clean the Mistic cartos before you try to refill them? Also with new e-juice do you "have to let them steep? Thanks ahead of time for your help!!!!

I've used Mistic before and I never cleaned the cartos. I always just start refilling when the flavor started disappearing.

Can't answer you on the steeping. Some of mine I steep, others I vape as soon as I receive them. I imagine it would depend on the e-juice.
