I got sucked into buying a smoke NV kit and they sell disposable cartridges with no nicotine. It seems to be a KR808 battery and I ripped open a spent cartridge, it's just batting and a cloth tube inside, but not very accessible. Will I be able to refill these?

Does Smokenv use hard to glued on endcaps to discourage refilling? (typical ripoff rebrander tactic)
With normal KR808D-1 cartos, the end cap is soft and comes out fairly easily. I stick a paperclip leg 2/3 to 3/4 of the way into the mouthhole, poke it against the inner wall of the mouth hole, and pop out the end cap without catching any stuffing or wires. I only use well constructed cartos designed for refilling like the KR808D-1 models Vapor4Life or SmokelessImage or Bloogplanet - no inner seals, and they have a defined center air channel. I can get 7 days use out of each if I keep it damp with suitable juice and what I find to be suitable in thin clear juice. I use PG w/ 20% or less VG and I avoid juices that drop flavoring sediment in the stuffing.
And your model could be KR808D-1 or the less compatible KR808D-2 (Greensmoke, Smoke 51 Duo, Red Dragon, and blank cartos - probably just one kind - at Vaporkings.com or AZSMokefree, D2 to D1 adapter at LeCig.com)
If SmokeNV is less than 9mm diameter and more like the diameter of a cig, then you are not really compatible w/ much of anything - it may be Chinese wholesaler model E8.
Note - You probably have automatic batteries with an open hole to the drag sensor? If you refill your cartos you need to make sure they are not going to leak before putting them back on your battery. AUto batteries are the easiest to damage or kill with juice leaks.

By "ripped open", I mean i took a pair of metal shears to it (ignorance is destructive...). There weren't any wires inside but the diameter is 9mm and yes it's an open hole to the drag sensor. I now know that you can just pop off the end cap thanks to your suggestion...
Inside the carto - if it's the kind with a soft formless wad of stuffing and an inner donut shape seal under the end cap, and no defined center air channel - those don't refill very well. Drag starts to get bad real fast.
Even the glued-on end caps can be removed, if you use some care.
I have about 30 used cartos from my Cig2O purchases. The caps are glued on, but I used one of the metal "legs" from a binder clip to get the cap off.
Just work your way slowly around the lip. Take the bent part of the bind clip, and put it through the breath hole. Make sure the bent end is flush with the cap. Work around the cap slowly. The cap will "pop" off after breaking the glue seal.
And, FWIW, I was suprised to see how well made the Cig20 cartos were made. I actually prefer them to the V4L cartos I bought.

it is just stuffing, but there is a fairly well defined air channel, it seems to bee made of cheesecloth or something of the like. There's no real problem with the drag, I think they just use ....ty juice, there's next to no throat hit and, of course, becuase I live in canada, no nicotine.
