For those of you who own a KR808D-1, or the East Mall version; DPV9 (same exact version) here's my video tutorial on how to do it. Note this applies to both refilling, and filling brand new empties (Now available at East Mall!) but there's one difference:
When filling brand new never before used cartomizers (empties in other words) Please let them soak for a couple of hours..or better still overnight. Previously used (refills) cartomizers are already "primed"..that is to say that the wick and atty are moist from previous filling. New ones are not, so don't incinerate your cartomizer by filling and instantly vaping as seen in the video..this only works for previously used cartomizers.
The same holds true for rinsed out (washed) cartomizers. Once theyre dry..theyre *really* dry, let them soak for a couple hours or overnight. Failure to do so will cause the wick to get scorched..and no one wants that!
