"REFUSED" status????? ordered from ikenvape

I'm just curious about the "REFUSED" status from usps.
This is the first time that I got this kind of status.
I just wanna point out that how can this happen at 5:40 am while I was sleeping.
what will happen next?
will ikenvape resend package?
will this consider lost package?
what should I do?

Call your PO first. Crossing fingers that it's just a "operator error" and the sorting facility pushed the wrong button on their scanners. But calling the PO with Tracking Number handy, they will be your first step. Good luck.

My guess would be that they will resend it once it is returned. But you will have to contact them to let them know what is going on and that it was refused and sent back for some reason.

maybe the package was damaged upon receipt to them. what was in the package if you don't mind my asking

You should be able to call with the tracking number.

Sounds to me like the package was delivered to the wrong address and the person who answered the door said nope not mine send it back. Happens every day.

they told me that it maybe scan error, and check mail and status till 5-6 pm today.
