Regarding RBA/Mod clones

Hi All,

Been vaping for about a year now, but new to the forum. Right now I'm rocking a nemesis mod with a kayfun 3.1, both clones from hcigar. It works great and I was admiring it when I noticed that both clones came stamped with the original logos (namely SvoeMesto on the tank). I was curious how hcigar manages to get away with that without facing a trademark lawsuit. Any legal buffs on here have any insight?

Cheers

Yeah, China is rather notorious for replicating products made both in the U.S. and China ( and the world for that matter). They have the manufacturing capability to reproduce these items at low costs.... if the "original" is a high dollar item, then all the more incentive to reproduce and offer it at a lower cost (and often lower quality) while still making a killing. Companies would be hard pressed to have U.S. copyright laws (if the product is copyrighted/trademarked) enforced in China. They have no incentive to enforce such laws or halt such practices... it makes them a ton of money, and the U.S + most of the world is so dependent on Chinese exports, who could make them? As it stands, should China cease their exportation of goods, most countries would loose their way of life, especially the U.S. given the current state of our own manufacturing capabilities... or lack thereof... Would love to see some "affordable" U.S. components come out. China realy does hold the market right now, but I digress... I need a vape-break
