Did you read the line you bolded? "Customer Service Standards". It has nothing to do with facility cleanliness, or facilities at all.
It's a line we put in so that if a vendor repeatedly screws our members over, we have cause to remove them from the ECF.
Our answer was given above. This is not something that a few forum volunteers can do. I suggest that if you have questions about a vendor's facilities, you should ask them directly. If the answer they give is not satisfactory to you, then you have every right to not purchase their products.
