NewSunshine,

Here is a copy of a PM I just sent you so others can see it. In your PM the tracking numbers are complete so you can check them yourself.

Here are three tracking number for orders I recently got from China by registered airmail. If the China Post tracking does not show the delivery you can view the delivery on the Thai Post website. All orders came within 5 to 7 days after being posted. As you can see registered airmail is back to normal for Thailand. In fact, it was never a problem. The entire time you had stopped shipping I was getting orders from China in one to two weeks, never longer. Please resume regular airmail shipping to Thailand. If not, I will just stop buying from you forever.

Thai Post tracking

Three recent tracking numbers from China Post Registered Airmail

RB1XXXXXXX5CN (shipped 12/14/12, delivered 12/19/12, transit time 5 days)
RB0XXXXXXX4CN (shipped 12/28/12, delivered 1/4/13, transit time 7 days)
RB1XXXXXXX8CN (shipped 12/31/12, delivered 1/5/13, transit time 5 days)

This should show you that there is no problem with China Post registered airmail to Thailand. If you have another issue other than transit times please post it here. Registered Airmail parcels are never a problem with customs here.

I've been using China airmail for a few months now and 4 orders arrived all in 12 days and under.

This is the only Chinese Vendor which pulled China airmail
I have things in my cart I won't check out until China airmail is back.

I have been told that they have put it back for the UK customers.

That is correct and they put it back for U.S. customers also, but not for Thailand and shipping to Thailand is much faster than both the U.S. and the U.K. :-(

NewSunshine - You have read my message but have not replied. Why not? I gave you irrefutable proof that shipping China Post Registered Airmail to Thailand is fast but you simply ignore these facts. Again, why? Please explain your company's position in the face of overwhelming evidence that your position is incorrect, or risk losing many people as customers forever.

One of my Chinese vendors told me they have been having a few problems with juice going with China airmail, and I asked what they would do.
They said
" Not a problem sir, we have looked into Singapore airmail and we can use that, still keeping the cost of shipping down for you".

Great reply I though....

If you want juice just buy it from Europe. Just got an order today. Got delivered four days after they mailed it. Prices are very good also. PM me for info.

It's ok mate but thanks anyway, I only vape 2 flavours, PalMal and MildSeven, and have only ever found them on Chinese sites. Unless you can find them elsewhere.

I don't think they want to reply mate.
Not the way to keep customers is it...

Yea, I don't get it. I know they read my message over twelve hours ago. For other countries she says give us tracking to show it is okay, but for Thailand I gave them tracking proof for multiple packages and now silence. I have also recommended many. many new customers to them. Very bad way to deal with your regular customers. I had over twenty orders with them with no problems before they stopped shipping airmail. Makes no sense to me.

NEWSUNSHINE. Give me a reasonable explanation why this post has been ignored and why you have ignored proof that shipping to Thailand from China is taking less than one week up to two weeks. YOUR SILENCE IS TAKEN AS AN INSULT TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH OVER 2O PURCHASES.

We did not ignore your posts and messages. Instead, we have been looking for more information whether china airmail to Thailand is back to normal. Please wait with patience. we will resume china airmail to Thailand sooner or later.

How about you let me place an order with registered airmail shipping. I agree to wait however long it takes. Then you can see for yourself how fast a package from your company will get to Thailand. A good pragmatic experiment. Then you will have some real world data.

we plan to resume china airmail to all countries very soon. :)

Good news then. Perhaps Jackbox's order should be sent first as a kind gesture. Jackbox has been very patient and understanding during these difficult times, he has put his case for a return to Thailand by China airmail very well and deserves to be rewarded with a priority order. Good times ahead Jackbox:toast: we hope!

Through their ticket system HC claims China Airmail to most countries will resume tonight or tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. Thanks for the support.
