I have had orders from other companies sent by China Post airmail, both registered and regular, and all have been received in less than two weeks. But you insist on shipping only EMS which never gets here. My last order you sent EMS was returned to you twice by Chinese custom's security and you claim to have no idea why. You refunded the order after I got nothing and waited 20 days for you to ship the order twice and have it returned to you twice with the package having never left China. You lost money on shipping the order by China EMS twice. Do yourself and your customers a favor by reinstating China Post registered airmail to Thailand. China Post airmail gets here with no problems and still comes in a reasonable amount of time. I will not order from you again until you offer China Post airmail as a shipping option again.
