The quality of the vape, ingredients, and perhaps the way in which it is produced/packaged.

The taste and or lack of aftertaste.

Its hard to tell imo. Maybe its me.

I bought two 6mg apple flavor eliquids last week. One regular and one considered premium (both from Canada). Premium had a nicer looking label. Both produced diff taste. Cant say one is better than the other. Just different. Same vapor production. Soo?
