Aside from keeping both battery and contact surfaces clean.... as the device has regulated output with a minimum resistance safety circuit - just use quality (as in - nothing with the word "fire" in the name) batteries, with Sigelei's advertized minimum requirement for Maximum Continuous Current Discharge (MCCD) rating.

Hello all,

recently just got into a regulated box mod and was wondering if there is any must knows when operating this kind of device?
The device I have is the sigelei 100w plus. I usually build my coils in my RDA at about .3-.5 ohms.

any input appreciated.

thanks

Good hii amp batteries and matched batteries are one of the most important things I can think of right now.

+1 on this.

Start with two brand new batteries and marry them for life. Charge them together, use them together and don't use them in another mod independently of each other.

Thank you all for the input. I'm not after giant clouds rather just want to be sure I'm getting the most out of this device all around.

I have the batteries labeled 1 and 2 which were bought at the same time. After some reading I heard swapping the batteries when the indicater reads 50% is good so one doesn't drain more than the other. Is this necessary?

I'm using 2 purple efest 2500 mah.
