I skimmed it when it was first up. Kinda seemed like MOTS (more of the same) for the US and Canada.
The Difference being that it noted that Youth Use Rates seemed to Not be increasing in the UK. Where Restrictions and Media Hysteria are Much Lower.
But like I said, I just Skimmed over it.
I like the fact that the University and the researcher don't want their work to be scrutinised by the public, because it may tarnish the image of the University and the researcher.
It makes me wonder what entity or entities funded the research. Not really, it's probably the same folks who make HNB products.

You know, based on what I know of the youth of England (and I'm fairly sure the culture hasn't changed THAT much) I imagine the rates are NOT like, massaged the way they are in the US.
I'm pretty sure, based on the amount of trouble I got into in England at a very young age, that some British youth are vaping. It's just not like "Tell me if you have inhaled 2nd hand vape in the last 500 days" an then it "counts."
Oddly enough the only thing I got lectured on was having my Summer Boyfriend (man was he ever the best) have drunken races with shopping carts down a steep hill. The copper really didn't care so much that we were blitzed or anything he cared more about our DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR.
We would not have been included in a study of youth drunkenness. A study on dangers of shopping cart abuse, maybe. But he did not even care to know how many beers we had he was like, "I'd advise you to continue on home."

I cant find the report either... i get 5 pages worth of a response to a cease and desist letter but no report
Now I wish I had downloaded it before the cease and desist order...
I did and can't find it anywhere. I've checked everywhere I could've put it, but no success. I might've accidentally permanently deleted it, because it's not in the Trash directory.. I'll keep looking though..
I just checked my browser history here and it seems I was in another location when I looked at the report. I won't be back there until later this week, but I'm fairly confident the file will be there in some temporary download folder. It was a .PDF, right?
