Are you not surprised? It goes on here daily with feedback from customers that I highly doubt ever purchased the product from said vendors.

Well, I THOUGHT eBay had cleaned this kind of thing up... maybe the rules are different in the UK?

And I see they are claiming 1 cart = 1 pack analogs...........that alone would seem sure to generate a neg here and there.

I have been an active member on ebay for over 10 years.......I rarely buy anything anymore. It has turned into a cesspool........

We were scammed by a dude who bought an auction manager from an ebay seller with over 10,000 in positive feedback for beanie babies. The guy who bought the auction manager had the right to claim all 10,000 positive feedback which he did not earn and had nothing to do with what he was selling. With that feedback he was able to scam thousands of coin buyers in a pyramid scam.
When people started complaining to ebay about the seller their stance was " We're just a venue between buyer and seller" but in the mean time ebay knew of the transaction and permitted the transfer of unearned feedback of the new owner.

The seller now sits in federal prison. Seller's ebay ID was bullionone

That is very bad. Obviously they are placing their own feedback. Have you reported it, and given your reasons. I hope so!

I was under the impression that electronic cigarette things were banned from Ebay? What is the rule? Who does it pertain to?

Yeah, I reported it a couple days ago, but the seller is still registered... if this isn't completely obvious to anyone working for eBay, they have a serious problem. 8-o
