I bought the njoy pro, unfortunately, wrong charger was packaged with it, the company supposedly is taking care of that. Anyway, the Attys fit really tight into the filter. When I went to remove it to see why i wasnt getting good "hits"...it wouldnt come out, i had to "grab" the threads with scissors, it finally pulled out, but the "cap" on the atty was stuck in the bottom, got that out, now im getting inconsistent hits big time...there HAS to be a better way to pull the attys out, i mean, what if i want to change filters?

Next time screw it into the battery and then twist the cartridge off... this way the battery has the threads and you have something better to hold on to. I have the same issue. it's basically leverage... there is very little of the atomizer to hold on to so the snug fit of the cartridge wins over the tiny grip we get. just keep turning the cart in the same direction you did to twist on the atty and pull at the same time :)

The "atty" is the tube part that screws onto the battery. It has a wire mesh bridge and heating element in it that actually creates the vapor.

The "cart" is the part that has the polyfill fiber (threads if you will) with the ejuice in it and snaps in/on the atty depending on the type of ecig you have - NJoy Pro the cart goes over the atty.

There is no "filter" with an ecig.

Like mentioned above, leaving the atty screwed onto the battery and then twisting/pulling the cart off should help.
