Yeah be careful about digging - you can catch a wire. The cap will likely be mangled when you get it out. And if you can get a drip tip that would fit your model then that makes a great mouthpiece instead of the cap.

What model? If Greensmoke or other E9/KR808D-2 (ie. not KR808D-1) then VaporKings.com just got in some blank KR808D-2 cartos (VaporKings.com. not to be confused with the Vapor4Life "Vapor King" - 2 different stores and unrelated)

If Blu I think you can use Joye 306 cartos

if Njoy Npro aka 2-n-1 buy blank RN4081 cartos

If your cartos have caps that are hard to get out, you could try the carto condom method of pushing juice in but it may not work well and you need to be super careful the carto will not drip on your battery if you have auto batteries.

The following works for me, but don't know if it will work with all hard capped cartos. I find a screw that's just small enough to fit into the hole in the cap, but not so small that it goes too deep. Screw it in just enough so it grabs tightly but not so far that it hits anything. Maybe about 1/16 - 1/8 inch? Grab the carto in one hand, the screw in the other, then pull really hard. Usually there's no damage to the cap, but occassionally it would get just a little bent. I think it's a #5 or #6 wood screw, medium thread pitch.

There's a few tricks to filling Cartos that I've seen on Youtube.

The one that I'm going to try when my juice gets here is the YouTube - NJoy NPro duo Cartridge Refill Mod

I like the way this guy talks :) Call me crazy...he's down to Earth and doesn't have a crazy accent.

If you don't want to watch the video...I'll sum it up for ya. Someone stop me and tell me i'm wrong if this should NOT be done.

Take the atomizer end carto condom (cut out any protrusions in the condom that will block the hole of the cartomizer) and fill it up with juice, then slowly insert your carto. This will force the liquid up and in and give the wick ample time to "soak it up". Two times, about 10 drops each time, and you should be maxed out and ready to go.

I'd assume the amount of juice the cartomizer will hold will vary -- so err on the side of caution as to not overfill and have spillage.

That's the condom filling method. I don't do it unless I spun the juice out of another carto so it's already in a condom. Some think the condom push can shorten the life of a carto. And some have inner seals that can keep parts of the stuffing from getting wet enough. But it's a way for people with hard caps to get some juice in. Just be very careful that the carto is not going to drip. Drips can kill auto batteries.
