If you've already got one of these, I need some setup help.

1. It comes with a drip tip, but is bottle fed. Does the bottle fed mechanism only work with Cartomizers?
2. What cartomizer/atomizers work best at 3.7v with this thing? I'd like to stock up ahead of time.

Thanks much!

Primarily it is used with atomizers - it comes with a EM LR 510 atomizer and drip tip. It can be used with cartomizers as well, but I haven't experimented with that much yet (I have a Mini, and ordered a Grand last night). I have used both EM LR 510 and Cisco LR 306 attys on my Mini and like them both. Some folks have reported that the LR 901 is also good - I tried a regular 901 and it was OK, but I find the 901's to be quite messy. The Grand will be my first experience with an 18650 device. Some people say that they prefer a little higher-resistance atty with an 18650 battery.

*edit* - In my brief experience with cartomizers on the Mini, I don't think the feeder lends itself as well to cartos as it doesn't have any way to force the juice up into the cartomizer.

The drip tip isn't used for regular dripping. It is to give you a nice, cool, open mouthpiece on your atty for vaping. The juice will get into the atty via the bottom feed mechanism (that part works the same as my Reo Mini).

In terms of attys, you should get a variety of different Ohm attys, and see what you like best personally. Personally, I don't like really low resistency attys (i.e. 1.5) because they run so hot. You might want to try 1.7, 2.0 2.2 Ohms in addition to a regular 510 atty. Oh, all I use currently is the 510 atty, so all my comments are about those. Do you have the 18650 batteries? If not, you should be ordering them (get 2 so one can charge while you use the other). Good luck. I think you will love your Reo Grande. You were lucky to get it given how quickly he sold out. Happy vaping.
