I was looking at the dimensions for the Reo Grand, 15/16" deep, X 1-11/16" wide, Really? That's not that much bigger than the Mini. I don't know why, but I was thinking they were bigger than that. That's cool!

Yes, smaller than a pack of smokes...big difference is w/ the bigger battery the weight, but still a noticeable difference holding it in your hand (size wise and weight wise).
I just weighed mine- Mini w/ half a bottle of juice and AW battery = 3.5oz
Grand with Half a bottle of juice and AW battery = 6.1oz.
Btw, I just measured my Grand- I know there are official measurements posted, but here is what I got:
1. depth- 7/8 inch (off by 1/16 from official)
2. width- 1 5/8 inch (also off by 1/16 from official)
3. height (w/o catch cup)- 3 3/8 and (w/ catch cup)- 3 13/16 inches- height will then further vary depending on atty/carto, etc.

When I saw the pics of the Grand next to a business card I could not believe the body was the same size. Had to dig out a card and check!
They feel a lot bigger than the Mini in hand. And the weight is quite different. But holding and using the Grand is not hard to get use to doing.

my Reo is an aluminum grand and since I've never held a mini, my Reo doesn't seem big or heavy, and I have old arthritic hands,lol...as a matter of fact, it's feels quite comforting..like a snuggly blankie
There is a huge difference of the 2 in the hand, I have both and love both & carry both everywhere they both have their strong points I like the stealthiness of my Mini! Have a feelin that when I recover from my VV Reo purchases it will be time to get a metal 18490 and Kick it for the VV stealth on the fly
Yep the Grand is almost exactly the size of a standard business card.
I had grands and woodvils before I ever purchased a mini .... bout crapped myself when i saw how small it was.
Even after all the pics it still shocked me.
But yes the far bigger difference is the weight IMHO.
But alas the minis have been sold and I'm all about the big batt and 6ml on board.

I got the mini specifically as a stealth/neck lanyard type thing. It's really tiny and wouldn't want any bigger for this purpose.
Carrying concealed has taught me that differences that look insignificant on paper and in pictures can make big differences in actual use and carry.
