Reo Mini Leaking

just bought a Reo Mini and it seems to be leaking from behind the black plastic piece so i cleaned the mini and reapplied the nolox and this time i didn't squeeze the hell out of the bottle either and im still experiencing leakage issues. Has anyone else experienced this? I also have a woodvil and i have not had an issues with it ? Any help would be great.

Hi lensmokie. I think you should contact Robert about this. It shouldn't be doing that. His user name here is redeyedancer.

A couple of trouble shooting ideas in the mean time - Is the bottle on too tight or not tight enough? Is the bottle too full? Is the black o-ring pushed all the way up? It should be above the threads of the cap.

Sounds like a leak somewhere around the feeder tube and the atty connector. Very unusual but not out of the realm of possibility.

You can't pm until you have more posts. Add some conversation to this thread, get your post count to 5 and you can post in the REO forum area. Before then, best bet is to call Rob, I think. I don't own a REO yet, but will soon. Congrats on your purchase!! From what I've seen on the REO forum, Rob will take care of you and he has stated he puts "repairs" to the top if his "to do" list.

Very Unusual. I have 5 REOs, and none of them leak. Call Rob.
