Nice looking mod. Couple of questions about the mini: Does the connector use a reg 510 connector somehow screwed or otherwise mounted into the connector recess? Will juice leak down from the connector on the outside of the tube and if not what prevents that?

Thanks!

:)

The REO comes with a 510 connector. If you squeeze extra juice, it goes into the built-in reservoir and returns to the bottle. It is a flawless system that really works great. I have 4 of them & have never experienced a problem with any of them. They are a truly no hassle way to vape.

Why REO>Ali'i? I am in the market for a virtually hassle-free box mod, and waiting on RnR to open up their sales again are killing me. the reason I am wanting an Ali'i right now is because of the VV that is available; I'd love to be able to choose my preferred voltage, maybe less harsh in the morning and really harsh right after dinner. I don't think any of the Reo mods are VV...yet.

So why do you prefer Reo devices?

Here is a photo of all three REO mods

1. Wood REO 18650/6ml 2. REO Grand 18650/6ml 3. REO mini 14500/3ml

All are wonderful mods. each has it place in my line up (REO Grand will me here soon)

I have tryed both the REO and the Ali'i and IMO I find the REO mods better for me but each is to there own. I have more Photos if you would like to see the insid of the REO Mini. :)

I have both an Ali'i and several REOs (A Grande, a mini, a Woodvil, another Grande shortly and hopefully a mini-Woody when they come out). I won't speak badly about the Ali'i but to be frank, I feel its flimsy in comparison to my Woodvil. Both are excellent mods, both have similar features and utilize similar batteries, juicing systems, and electronics (unless you get a variable voltage Ali'i). I prefer my REOs because they are sturdy mods and frankly, Robert has been incredible in the customer service department.

Again, that is not to say that Kaji isn't, its merely that for speed and outreach, I believe that REO family is head and shoulders above any other mod maker. I'm an admitted fan boy, but I've owned around fifteen mods and I can still say what I said with confidence.

If you want the VV functionality, go Ali'i, I've also heard good things about MONKEYBoxx as well and I doubt you'll be disappointed. But I can pretty much get the same sweet spot without mucking around with VV, I just use different voltages in battery selection and attys so its not quite that big a deal for me.

But if I started from scratch now? I'd have skipped it all and bought my Woodvil first.

Considering the anatomy of the mod, the whole bottom feeding thing, would the Reo work with a 510 to 808 adapter? (don't want to have to chuck all of my 808 cartos if I buy this) Thanks for any and all help, guys!

Mine does and it works fine. I believe I purchased all of my adapters through Madvapes, just make sure that they have the through hole in the center so that the juice flows up through it.
