Bunch of stinkin' enablers...

Okay, I just placed an order for a mini 2.1 (silver vein) + rm2. At least this time I have the grand to bide my time while the little beauty is being shipped.

We all think they come infused with some sort of "gotta-have-another-one" virus at the shop......we call it "porcupine dust"....because it's really, REALLY hard to stop at just one....

I have been vaping the same juice for about 6 months now, after i tired of the RY4 that i had used for a year prior to that. I have a small bottle of - could be anything from menthol to tea, cherry, or orange brandy on my desk at work and if i fancy a flavour change then i just drip some of that and then carry on as before.

Once a week i rewick and clean (wash it out in the sink with detergent and a kid's toothbrush, per the video) and noalox my reo and that is it!

Right now I'm down to only THREE:ohmy:, but I've owned upwards of seven.

my current goal is to have two 18490 woods ( which I already have) and two 18650 woods, which i'm feverishly working on:laugh:

I was using the four for four different flavored juices.now I'm down to three flavors cuz I'm done to three Reos.

But I've got a couple of things in the works, hopefullu, and I'm DETERMINED to score a beauty of a Purpleheart in the Woodvil sale ( at least I think that's what it's called...at least it looks purple) and I think i have another Reo wood from another Reonaught coming my way...details aren't worked out yet...

Phew...I'm sounding like some kinda wheeler-dealer:laugh:)

Or am I just confused?

Oh, Papa! I will live vicariously through you for now. I sadly must wait a few months for my next Reo (well, my family likes nice things like heat and lights and cell phone service, lol). I will gladly wind more coils and our Grands can have a virtual "play date" while we wait for your next.

Heh - deal.

Where I live, cigarettes cost $10/pack, so the expense is covered off in about 3 weeks, given the rate I used to smoke at. Hmmm... a Reo every 3 weeks would give me how many by July 1 (my 1st vapeversary)?

Maybe I need a sponsor more. "Hello, my name is Papa_Lazarou and I'm a Reonaut (Hello, Papa)"

I think you're right. Probably best to handle with rubber gloves and not make eye contact with them.

I did pretty much what you did papa, except in the reverse order. Scored a mini 2.1 in the classifieds, then about two weeks later ordered a blem grand.

I also switch flavors every time I change bottles, and I like trying new flavors from different vendors often. My procedure
1. Pull cover and run a section of facial tissue through cover and drip tip.
2. Pull wick with tweezers and dry fire coil. If it's gunky, rinse and dry fire till clean. If it won't come clean, replace coil at next opportunity. (Not necessarily possible at every bottle change).
3. Replace cover. Remove old bottle and, holding the rest of the Kleenex under/around the feed tube, cover airhole and blow out feed system.
4. Load new bottle in reo, rewick, change battery.

Good to go.

As far as my reo ambitions, #3 is coming when the new contacts are there~6-7 weeks. Either mini or LP grand. Then I'll be set until later in the year when Rob says he's making some truly mechanical woodies.

I have Seven REOs and I will be getting my 8th (a LP Grand) when there sub ohm kits are available, I like to switch up 4 flavors during the day. SO I use two VV Grands for my sweet juices wrapping 1.5 ohm micro coils and cranking up the voltage to the maximum the mods will allow 15 watts. For my tobacco juices I use .6 ohms coils on the Grands. I am a lucky guy and a happy caper.

I'm a little more particular than some it seems about my juice taste. I have 4 original mini's. I run two of the same juices through two all the time, and just constantly refill the bottle and occasionally change out the wicks/clean up the rm2. In the other two I change juices 1-2 times a day probably. I like a lot of juices. Every time I change to a different flavor I actually blow out the juice in the tube back into the bottle and recap it or toss it if there's not much left, then rinse out the rm2 and rewick it. Actually only takes about a minute or less to do.

One Grand, One juice (mix of two) for coming up on 3 years. My first year of vaping was my experimental stage. You know how it was. What kind of material am I going to put in my cartridge for best wicking potential? Do I really want to cut up all these tea bags or should I just try out this crazy new thing called direct dripping? Maybe I should try out something other than these joye 510 batteries, how about one of those bottom feeder mods.

I have one Grand. A couple RM2's about 5 different bottles. I change flavors every couple days or so. I have about 5 different flavors I rotate, but there's one that I use probably 75% of the time.

I would love a couple more REO's, but it's just not in the budget. Fortunately the Grand is a tank, It's getting it's fair share of dings and nicks, but it keeps vaping like a champ. I do regular maintenance and cleaning and really have no worries. I do have a couple "lesser" mods sitting around, but they have gone untouched since I got the Reo. I do actually use a VAMO, to check resistance on my coils(which recently are all too low to fire on the Vamo).

I don't have any problems changing flavors when the mood strikes. It's a 5 minute process and could actually be quicker, but I'm a bit meticulous about it.

I've also gotten lazy. My last RM2 build was a dual coil that I used for well over a month. I changed it out a couple nights ago just to stay in practice.

I only wish I would have gotten the REO earlier. The amount of time and money I spent searching for "the perfect vape" could have afforded me several Reos considering all the stuff I'd bought up to that point. I can now finally say that I am saving money.

Personally, I would rather use any Reo, regardless of it's paintjob over anything else I've tried. If the color scheme bothered me that much, I'd paint it myself. I've yet to see a Reo that I wouldn't happily own, but that's just me.

Do you swap juices often?
Never swap completely. I top off what is left in the bottle with one of my DIY juices. I don't know what is in the bottle in the REO or what kind is in the bottle I made. I make them to be compatible with each other. So all the juices blend well. Sometimes I end up with a mixture that will blow me away it is so good! I have never had a combination NOT taste great!

How many reos do you have?
I think 54 in my last count. A mixture of metal and wood. But lots more woods!

How many reos would you like to have?
I have no clue! More woods........lots more woods!

I bring 4 REO's to work. 1 VV Grand, 2 Grands, and a Mini 2.0. Wood REO's stay at home. I now have 2 VV Woodvils, 4 Woodvils, 2 Mini Woodvils, 1 Woodvil 18490 loaded and ready to vape. Every few weeks I try to change out and use other wood REO's.

Some of my REO's are not in the regular rotation of use they are collectible and no longer made. These I keep in a display cabinet. I will use all of the wood REO's. But some I do not use very often.
