The 4.0 looks like the Atomic clone, has adjustable air flow and fits LP's only so it's bigger in diameter. The 3.0 fits the regular grand so it's smaller. Not sure what makes one a single and the other a dual coil. 1 or 2 air holes maybe? Air flow on the 3 is not adjustable though.
It is my understanding the the rm2 could be used on all metal mods and a slight adjustment if you were ordering it for a woodvil. The rm3 works on reo grands mini 2.1s low profile mods and wood mods built in 2014 and is duel coils. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I don't mind, I love learning new things especially if it is reo related.
I have the RM3. It has three posts for dual coils. It is a small critter and may fit a regular grand or mini. Two very small air holes, so it's not for cloud chasers. The flavor is excellent!
What size is the RM4? 20mm 22? I just got my mini LP and wondering if the RM4 is too big with a button cover...
As far as I am aware the Rm4 starts out as an EHPro Atomic which is 19mm.

The atomic is a little big on the mini. Check out the Reactor v2 or the Cyclone (non afc). I have both bottom fed, I prefer the Reactor2.Atomic on the Grand, Reactor2 on the mini.

The smaller of the two will be better for single coils, due to the smaller chamber size.
