The Grand will work with a Kick and an AW IMR 18490 battery.

A Grand with an RM2, a 0.8 ohm to 1.2 ohm micro-coil + cotton wick, plus an AW IMR 18650 battery vapes much better, IMO.

I've tried both. And my wife's Vamo.

If you must go the Reo + Kick route, I suggest a tumbled raw Grand. Then get some Mother's Mag polish and buff it to a mirror shine. Then your OCD kicks in when it shows every blasted finger print.

The Reo really does not need a kick. I have a kick and it sits on the shelf. It does work easy enough if you want to go that route.

With a little practice on the RM2 to get the micro coil down it just doesn't need it. You make the coil to your taste and don't need something to be make the coil come to your taste.

I have VW on the eVic and used that mode exclusively. But I haven't used the eVic and its ProTanks since getting the mechanical REO Grand with Reomizer 2.0 (RM2). Can't say I miss VW with this setup. It makes my ProTanks seem like those ultra light cigarettes with holes punched in them. I come from pipes and cigars and the REO's right up there with them, where the eVic/ProTank isn't even close.

Dude, you could always get a VVGrand. Talk about a badass mod :). Look at that beast there in the center :). Best of all worlds: REO quality and reliability combined with adjustable vape and no drop off till their drained all in a package that's just a little taller than a grand :)

^x10000 If you like your current setup but are curious....Just get a REO Grand some 28 gauge Kanthal and a RM2 along w/ the cotton.

I assure you there is no need for VV/VW when you control your vape experience through your micro coil, Ω's, and cotton wick.

As far as safety....don't worry...you don't need a kick. I know...I tested it's limits and the spring will collapse so per Drifters advice when I ordered mine get some extra springs.

Holy wah...tell me about it. I gave up trying to keep the fingerprints off. But my vaping buddy was admiring it today and he said that even with all the fingerprints...it still looked pretty frikkin' cool...lol.

I agree with everyone else .Dont really need a kick .
I have a VV Grand and regular Grand and most folks these days are using RM2 atty on their Reos.
Even if you use carto or normal atty the VW would be pointless since most folks stick to same juice delivery system and you wouldnt need to do anything more than adjust the voltage on the VV Grand if you switched attys/cartos.
I use my Grand with 28g 7-9 wraps and RM2 and when I need a really kick in the pants I use the VV Grand and cloud up the room :vapor:

Either way regular or VV Grand you cant go wrong :)

Plus dont you want to be part of our cult
