Repaired atomizers for AFS

aluminium is very easy to be machined so it will be way much easier for me to make a catridge from this material but its not the best for the health Emonty. All day in mouth and biting it with our teeths? no. I prefere to make it a little heavier, more difficult for me, more expensive too and totally safe for all of us

I removed the wick and the Bridge, perfect!! Only for dripping, for AFS you might need the bridge when you use filler material

Got your email, and can't wait till you get the supplies! Did you get the receipt showing the items? Also, for now I'm using LR 510's w/AW-IMR18650's and removing the bridge produces LESS vapor than just removing the WICK...Did you remove BOTH on your i7's? Maybe the thicker coil is what makes this nice?! Also, what did you mean by the filler material for the AFS? I thought there was no need for filler? Do you just keep the filler dry for juice splash-back. or do you wet it with juice?

Thank you for the recipe, will have to order the ingredients, but that will take time.
yes I removed both on the i-7 and it works great, don't notice less vape, it is cleaner and the build up gunk is gone.
Filler is used for some users with the current AFS as it helps for some to keep the attie wet, depending on the thickness of the juice. I don't have an AFS anymore and I don't know if we need the filler for the new AFS, I don't think so but Imeo will for sure let us know.

If you have iatties already dont remove wick because we need bridge for AFS maybe. Do it in maybe only one of yours and we will see in future mre

do we really need the wick, that are those nylon threads covering the coil, they really get dirty. The bridge can stay if you remove the wick.....

The video show to us that bridge must be destroyed to put out this wick. But if there is a way to put it out without damaging the bridge then of course I agree Emonty!!

no, the first video shows how to remove the wick without removing/damaging the bridge. I tried it and it works, but as I am only dripping I also removed the bridge

I have 2 good news:

1) I made 150 atomizers with proper holes for all atties. I finally manage to fix them after many experiments. You will see many holes on the atties and some of them are useless. You will see China holes and my holes there. I had to count the China holes and to try to make more of them so the total width of the holes would be the proper one. I am very tired with this issue but I will finally manage it. Some of the holes are a little ungly but there is not a problem because those atomizers are hided by AFS, we cant see them from outside.

2) I count the drops that AFS can carry. I thought that the AFS would carry 6 ml but the drops were 150 exactly. If 1 ml is 20 drops then the AFS can carry more than 7.5 ml

I was stand up about 5 hours today for those holes, dont remind it to me. I worked for others mistakes. I was ready to send them back to China but I did my best because the delay would be 2 months for sure!
