Replacement coils: 1.8ohm or 2.4ohm?

I vape an ego-Twist with Kanger Evod & (M)T3 cartomizers.
If I remember correctly, the kangers originally came with 2.4ohm coils ~
I need replacement coils for both types and they are available in 1.8 & 2.4ohm.
It doesn't seem to matter how many times or various ways the 'ohm' factor is explained to me, my brain refuses to process any of it

Since the coils are priced the same, and I can adjust my 'twist' to find the sweet spot ~ Does it really make any difference whether I choose 1.8ohm vs. 2.4ohm coils?

Will using a 1.8 at a lower voltage prolong the battery life between charges? Is there a resistance difference? Prolonged life of the coil?

I guess the easiest way to ask this is..."which one would you order?"

I won't bother or explain, but putting it simply I prefer the 1.8 that's all I buy.
