Replacement Parts for plastic on Russian and Kayfun?

Recently ordered a Russian RBA only to find out the clear tank is plastic. I've come to learn the same is true for the kayfun. I find this surprizing and a bit disappointing for pieces that sell for upwards of $90. I know it is not possible to replace with glass as these parts are threaded, but does anyone know if there is someone out there selling machined metal parts to replace them with? I've heard horror stories of guys melting their tanks on these otherwise quality RBAs.

1) some KayFun clones come with both Plastic and Metal tanks.
2) Knowing which e-Liquids are tank crackers - avoids damaging. There are several threads on ECF (Search)

Plastic replacements won't be a problem.
SS will likely be hard to find. Kayfuns that come with them are likely to not need replacements.
