Replacement screws for RBA's

I swapped the hard drive in a friend's laptop recently. I kept the dead drive but didn't really pay it any attention. I was about to trash it but decided to gut it first. Many of the little screws match up with the threading for my rba posts. Hope this helps someone source some quality screws like it did for me.

Would the screws in a hard drive be made of stainless steel? Not surprising that they're metric threaded since most of the world but the US (and Canada?) does metric.

The drive was made by Hitachi 2.5 500 mb SATA II 2.5"
