Link's dead. Can't find a replacement tank
anywhere. And ^that link was the only thing I've seen acknowledging that replacement tanks are even available for sale. This was my first (and most likely last) Kanger product. It's quite amusing seeing how it's advertised as this "totally rebuildable clearomizer" or whatever, then the only links are to replacement coils and tips. The only part of this damn thing that looks like it would need replacing is indeed this lousy plastic tank. It's female threaded too, just to reduce the structural integrity a little bit more, and broke the first time I dropped it. I'm not a super klutz or anything but I often forget my ecig is on my lap when I'm driving, then I get out and it hits the ground. I guess it's maybe a 3ft drop and all my Innokin stuff has been put through the same treatment for months with no breakage.
Conclusion: Interesting design that worked fairly well (for a single coil) but has an Achilles heel in the form of the cheap plastic tank right smack in the middle of all that stainless steel. If I can find a replacement for a good price I will order it, just to get some use out of this thing (only had it for maybe a week before it broke) if nothing else. Oh, and it didn't just crack or anything: lost approx 1/3 of the threading, which shattered into smaller pieces (no crazy glue for me). No breakage to the main tank since that's thicker plastic; just snapped right up to where the threading stops. I'd say the plastic is maybe 0.5mm thick at the threads. I can't imagine dropping this on anything harder than carpet and it
not breaking.
But hey, if anyone's got a new link please post it up. Thanks
