I am a new poster on the ECF, but I would not necessarily call myself a "Newbie". I started with Greensmoke, went to the eGo 510 and am not moving in to the wonderful world of Mods. I have a simple request for Vendors and Suppliers of e-cig devices.
1. Please send mods / ecigs with instructions! One page...that is all we need.
2. If you don't include everything needed for a mod (batteries, spacers, chargers, etc) - explain on your website what accessories go with the mod! It is a pain to parse through this forum to try to figure out what we may need to add to our mod order.
3. Please tell us what battery size we need for the mod on the site and in the mod description.
4. If you don't want to send us instructions, post an instructional video on your website for each product offerred.
My first mod was a GGTS (I have a Prodigy v3 as well and a Phidias Woodimus and Reo Grande on their way) - I found it easy to use and easy to order because there is a video review on the website explaining exactly how to put the GGTS together. The description of accessories needed is very clear. (Now, I wanted to try high voltage with the GGTS and had to ask a question or two via email because it wasn't clear on the website that I could use the GGTS for 6 volt vaping.)
This Forum is great and the vendors I have dealt with are great. But, a great deal of money would be saved on my end - as well as a good bit of frustration when I realize I need an adapter to use the product) - by placing the correct order with all of the accessories I need to use my new toy. As much as I would love to read every post and piece of information on this Forum, it is unrealistic for me to do so.
Until ecigs, mods and all other accessories are sold in stores - where you can get a lesson when you buy - some help on the front end would save a lot of hassles on the back end.
