Requesting reviews/opinions of a supplier

Recently I started looking for an e-pipe to get for a friend. I found one at madvapes.com. Although I will have to battery and charger separately I can get everything I need for a decent price.

However, I have read some mixed reviews mainly their site about the customer service when it comes to issues with their products.

I would like to hear from some members here that have had dealings with them both good and bad so I can decide if I should do business with them.

I've been dealing with MadVapes since they first opened and never had a problem. My orders have always been complete and shipped quickly. I did have one occasion where I had a question regarding a juice order and my inquiry was quickly answered. So I'm not much help in the complaint department.

I have not had any problems with Madvapes at all i ordered a Roughstack mod from them awhile back and it arrived quickly in a small box and has been performing very well.
