Resistance Reading Fluctuating

I'm using a 30W eleaf and a Kyojin tank with a 2.0Ω coil. I've had it read as low as 2.0 and 2.1. Most commonly it reads 2.2 and 2.3 but can read as high as 2.7 at times. I normally run it at 6 watts. When I use my Subtank Nano on the 30W with 1.2Ω coil it reads 1.3 and stays there. I'm not concerned with .1 or .2 higher, but .3 to .7 seems wrong to me. The Kyojim does seem to vape good regardless of reading and battery never gets hot.

Is this a problem?

Sounds like your atty is not making solid pin-to-pin contact...or the coil is bad or not tightened.

Either way, it's likely a bad connection!

Clean the contact pin of the iStick with rubbing alcohol and a q tip, do the same with the tanks.

It's a brand new coil and was properly installed. Should I go ahead and use it since it doesn't seem to be a problem vape wise? I normally run 6W but it seems to vape better at 8W but with slightly higher voltage. I don't want to burn out the coil or battery.

You won't be burning out the coil at that power range.

The iStick has built-in protection circuitry to protect the battery should you dial in a setting that it can not handle.
