From what I understand, those batteries don't have the capabilty to handle LR cartos, You might notice if/when you order those they recommend you use a battery that is atleast 450mah. The Jooye 510 is only 280mah
The slim 510 battery will fail with a 1.7ohm carto or atty, it may run it for a bit but will definately ruin it, I speak from experience. As a previous poster stated you need to stay with SR or standard resistance cartos and attys, they will run from 2.5ohms-3.2ohms. The slim batteries are not designed to handle that big rapid of a drain.
Too high drain rate. Would be lucky to get an hour out of a full charge and due to the high stress on the battery would reduce its useful life tremendously. But if you are OK with frequently buying new batteries you could get away with it. I tried a 2.0 ohm boge on my standard 510 battery and it did work. Personally not willing to press my luck all the time and ruin the battery by doing it on a regular basis. If you want a little more warmth of vapor without hitting the battery check out a top coil carto like the ce2s at a safe 2.5-2.6ohm.
Personally I'd go with a Boge SR carto, at least 2.5 ohm if they make one, or 3.0 ohm. I wouldn't go lower than 2.5 ohm, pretty much for the same reason I wouldn't lay a screwdriver across the posts of a car battery... it's kind of the same principle, draining all the power out at once. Batteries dislike this.
BTW alternately, if your Joye 510 is a manual battery with an atty you could just get a drip tip & direct drip on the atty, bypassing the filler in the cart (or just pull the filler out & use the empty cart as a mouthpiece).
