the "mega" is much larger than the standard atty in terms of juice capacity; it is basically the same size as the standard 510 w/ the cone around it (you don't use the cone with the mega atty)

Low resistance attys heat the vapor to a higher temperature/give a warmer vapor. Of course there is a trade off......it takes more power to make more heat and therefore your batteries will have to be recharged more often.

Mega is a larger atty and uses larger carts - holds more liquid
joye 510 is standard issue atty
Joye 510 LR simulates higher voltage vaping with standard batts. Do not use these on the smaller 510 penstyle batts. They can be used on eGo's but understand the Risk/reward. There are many threads about using LR stuff (1.5 ohm) on eGo batts. I have done it for months without an issue but others have lost batts. your call

I have limited my LR venture to 2.0 ohm with my Ego batts. so far no problems except a battery change in the middle of the day instead of one batt lasting all day with standard atties. When using lr stuff I do try to be attentive to battery temperature....heat kills batteries......I always give it a chance to "cool down" if I overvape and notice the batt/carto getting too warm. As long as not overused/overheated, the life of a battery is more about the number of charge/discharge cycles than about how quickly it is discharged. LR atties use more power which means charge more often. If a battery has a life of 300 cycles, and is charged once a day it would last almost a year; use it with LR atties charging twice a day and it will be done in less than 6 months. Not because the LR atty killed it but just that it is used up. I have read that the Switches used on EGO/Riva Batts are not rated for the Amp Draw of LR atties so maybe people are having switch problems and not battery problems. For this reason I limit myself to 2.0ohm as lowest practical and am careful to be aware of overuse/overheating issues (heat is hard on switches/electrical connections too).

Yes all correct Don and you have done your homework. Thanks for typing all this up and it is beneificial for the OP. The board is usually what gets toasted on the eGo's (either by heat or over current). weak link is the MOSFETs. A 2.0 is a safer bet on eGo style batts. I was going for a simple answer which is why I stated batts since if the board is dusted the unit is too.

The first one is standard atty for Joye 510

The mega atty is longer and fits longer mega carts (mega carts don't fit all the way on normal 510 atty)

LR attys are for PV's with a lot more mah of power in their batteries, like the fat battery 510s called Ego and Riva 510. They can give a bigger hit but require too much power to run them on tiny batteries.
