So I placed an order with madvapes a week ago and just got it a couple hours ago, because of the holidays.
I ordered a 1300 mAh vision spinner, ego charger, 3-30ml bottles of top vapor juice, and 10 vision clearomizers 2.5-2.9ohm.

I received everything I ordered except they didn't include any of the clearomizers.
Their site says there is 622 available, so that isn't the problem.
They took my money, so that isn't the problem.

On my order history it shows I ordered 10 of them, but it says 1 was shipped, and I didn't even receive the 1 it says was shipped.

I placed a ticket on their site(tried calling but they were closed by the time fed ex got here). I am just a little ...... to say the least.

The worst part of all this is they are going to be closed until the 2nd, so even if they fix this issue right away I will still be unable to use any of my order for at least another week(and that is if they ship right away and send it 2 day).



Hoog I really hope you read this and can fix my issue before next Wednesday, this is my first e cig order ever and I don't want to be stuck on regular cigs for another week at all!!!

Yeah only thing near me is tececigs, and since their threads are proprietary it won't help me at all. I am not buying a whole other setup just because madvapes dropped the ball.

From all the other reviews I have seen on them I most likely just have bad luck. I am sure it has been hectic around there because of the holidays.

Don't expect your order to come for a week though, they are closed until the second of january!

Sorry to hear this happened. You have to keep in mind, they are definitely one of the biggest vaping companies out there and process A LOT of orders! They will definitely make it right. Do any of the local tobacco shops sell anything you could use to hold you over? Trust me, I remember when I ordered my first kit how excited I was. I was really broke at the time, still in school, etc. and it was weeks before I even saved enough to order a Joye manual 510 kit, with a 30mL bottle of 555 and a 30mL bottle of caramel apple. But when I did finally get it, even though I still smoked a few cigs the first couple days I fell in love. Just hold on and don't give up, you're almost there!

Vapor Beast can probably get something to you very quickly. They ship out of Illinois and everything I have bought from them has gone out ASAP. Their Kanger M3 clearomizers produce flavor that I find rivals that of dripping and their deal of the day is for some Kanger Viva Novas for a very good price. I haven't tried those.

i could give yoou a couple of cartridges to hold you over.
it wouldnt reach you before Wednesday tho.
a cheap blu disposable might be an option tho.
i'm pretty sure there are no B&M stores there but i could be mistaken

It's all good, thanks for the offer for sure tho!
I can tuff it out for another week or so. I have tried the blu in the past and it just wasn't my cup of tea

So I am not sure anyone is even reading this anymore, but I want to update it with the new information I received.

Madvapes replied to my ticket and is sending me out my clearomizers! They didn't even ask any questions about it. I must say they have top notch customer service and have won a lifelong customer!

Moderator, I am not sure if this needs to be moved or what, but I don't think it should be a negative review. It was moved to this thread before it had been at least 7 days, and upon reviewing this thread rules that should've have happened. Thank you.


Edit: I do want to apologize to Madvapes and everyone who works there. I was frustrated when I posted this(I originally posted in new members section), I didn't know about the 7 day rule on this subsection. Anyways I should have allowed time for you guys to respond to the ticket I submitted. You have made things right by me.

I am now waiting for my clearomizers to be shipped and arrive to me. I will follow up with a POSITIVE review in the correct subsection! Again thank you Madvapes for everything!
