Emailed CS a while ago and no response.. I hate to post here as I know it's kinda rude...but the 30 day mark is coming up so obviously I need an answer soon.

Just for the record, there's nothing wrong with the products, they're awesome for what they represent.

But I do just want to return / get a refund, for all my stuff. My starter kit, batteries, pcc (bought seperately), carrying case, and some unopened prefilled cartomizers.

I know the starter kit has a 100% guarantee + shipping, where would I send these to? Dumb question, but do I send them back to the same address on my order statements?

Does anyone know if they'll refund the batteries, pcc, and carrying case too?

Personal curiosity is forcing me to ask why you want to send everything back. Was there anything that wasn't satisfactory?
