Had the dna200 for about a month with zero issue, last night while chain vaping the mod suddenly turn off, batteries are Sony VTc5 around 70%. After plugging the mod into my pc it turned on as if nothing happened. So I thought everything was fine. Woke up this morning mod refuses to turn on, so I plug it back into usb and it's fine. So I take out the batteries and change to my lg hg2s fully charged. The mod again refuses to turn on until I plug it into usb. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue with their dna200 and if there is a fix?

Have you checked if your batteries are all making good contact? The positive contacts from the Reuleaux DNA200 are protected by a protruded plastic ring around them. These rings are sometimes pressing against the wrapping around the positive side of the battery causing a badly of failing contact. Try turning around and pressing your batteries to the positive contact of the mod.
You can always perform a soft- or hard reset through e-scribe. That can solve unusual errors from the DNA200 board and doesn't infect your settings or preferences. I recommend you always make a back-up of your settings by saving them with e-scribe before any reset. Just to be safe.
I hope this helps.

I had an exact identical issue with an Xcube II by Smoktech. Had to RMA. Around 90 days in. Was told, "Firmware defect." my Istick 100 and Sigelei 200 (Fuchai) have naught an issue being out of the "Upgradable Firmware" wave. First one I had with it, bricks. Didn't upgrade mind you, but as my Istick and Sigelei apparently didn't passively brick, I'm assuming it's not deadly if they don't have the option. I may be venting, but I am not exited about firmware devices.

LOL.... OP's post gives thread topic and asks for help, second post on topic, 3rd and 4th post starts the thread drama and contributes nothing beneficial to the OP, and 5th post back on subject.

To the OP.... just contact Evolv via this link and copy/paste your original post there:
Help Desk - Submit a ticket

NOTE: The Reuleaux has a short warranty but the DNA200 board has a 1 year warranty from Evolv.
