Reverse flashlight mod

I was lying awake a little too long last night and ended up thinking about leftover LEDs and 3.7V mods. So here's the lightomizer, a handy adapter to turn an ecig into a flashlight instead of the other way around...

I'm wasting way too much time with a soldering iron lately.

If you had any idea the number of times I've taken the atty off so I could use my ecig as a flashlight, this wouldn't be silly. I always manage to get LED's backwards, or I'd so be making one of these.

How the hell did you manage to solder the led inside an old atty?

I'm just barely able to solder when the pieces are right in front of me! I wrapped the atty in masking tape, held it with pliers and used a hex bit extension to pop the connector out. Took 5 minutes to find it in my garage, but after that it was easy!
