What's the "safety seal band" you refer to? Is it the plastic breakaway ring attached to bottom of cap?

I gotta say..I ordered 9 bottles of nobacco juice from V4L and a much as I love the service those guys provide, the juice is the worst I ever purchased,bar none. All were super high 36mg strength and flavoured but I swear there is absolutely ZERO flavour n any of them. If it wasn't for the fact they are all colored to some degree..I'd swear they were all unflavored.

EDIT::::: To be fair and honest I do apologise for stating ALL juices were lousy..they were not. I forgot I had ordered Red Bull (24mg)from Steve and that juice is awesome...and 2 of the bottles were unflavored so only 5 flavours left something to be desired IMO. Maybe it was a freak thing being that the badly flavored ones were the 36mg ones..I dunno.

Like I said....this won't prevent me from ordering other supplies n stuff from Steve..cos the man does have great customer service and IMO spends more time on these boards than any other supplier::::EDIT

I have a question for everyone out there and this is not meant as knock on Vapor4life in anyway shape or form. Is this not the exact same e-liquid that David Yang of Eastmall sells? I recently received some e-liquid from him and the labels are identical including the nobacco name.

You know, I've never tried their liquids... So I couldn't honestly tell ya.. Sorry about that.

The safety seal he is talking about is in fact the plastic band located at the bottom of the cap. However it is not really a child safety cap its more of a tamper resistant cap.

Yes, Vapor4Life's liquid is from David Yang, so are his 801 sets. (I read this on another thread).

Very well done review Jim! I bought some juice from Smilin too, and I've got to agree with you on the throat hit. It's superb in my humble opinion! His prices on juice are great. In fact, I think it'd cost more if I had purchased it from China (considering shipping) and there'd probably be more risks involved. Aside from that, Smilin is a sweet heart.
