Review of eGo-T

OK - still a newer vaper here, but I have had frustrating experience with my eGo-T. I first ordered all VG juice - got no flavor and no TH. I ordered some 100% PG juice and got very random TH and flavor. Note that the vapor is there - I see it on exhale! I experimented with holding it vertical when inhaling (to ensure the juice was contacting the atomizer), which seemed to increase flavor and TH, but still sporadic. I currently use MaxxFussion (bloog) day to day which is good, but cartos seem inconsistent - I get a great 555 and then one that tasted like burnt paper. Bloog battery lasts forever and the "good" cartos last 2 days for me (1 pack/day analog-previous smoker).

p.s. - if someone knows of a "great" pre-filled american spirit cartomizer, pls let me know!

I'm sorry that you get that out of your ego-t. I wish everyone could have the experience i do with my ego-t. Great flavor and TH out of my regular juices. Waiting for a LR ego-t atty to be available at cignot so i can get a bigger throat hit but all in all i think it's a great product.

I just received my eGo-T kit from Cignot today. They have LR eGo-T attys in stock. When you order the kit, you can choose LR attys or Standard Resistance. It's a bit too soon to say for sure, but so far I like the Tank system. I'm sure it will stand the test of time.

I got my Inferno-T earlier in the week, and so far I am pretty impressed with it. Flavor is decent, and the vapor production is pretty nice. Not having to deal with carts is always a bonus. I normally vape juices with a strong flavor, so I haven't noticed any lack of flavor with it as some others are reporting.

I just got the EGO T from Cignot a few days ago. I have tried many different ecigs over the years and this is the first ecig that I have used that is damn near perfect. It has true 650mah batteries. I have tried 880mah batteries that don;t last half as long. The draw is great...the vapor is excellent...the throat hit is smooth. I could use a little more throat hit so I ordered the LR atty as well. Another alternative for getting more throat hit is to up the nicotine levels a bit. I have been vaping for 5 days straight on this....not one single dry hit. All the hits being very consistent. The taste is excellent... it feels like dripping on a 510.

Refilling the liquid couldn't be any easier...no messing with tweezers, needles, cart material, and catomizers anymore. The cartridges are large and will last a moderate/heavy vaporer a half a day.

MY only suggestion are 1) dont fill the cartridges to the end....leave some room for air. 2) when initially putting the cartridge in...push the tank in all the way and spin it a few time to make sure the hole opens up fully 3) Dont use very syrup like juices...the lighter the Juice and the higher the PG percentage the more consistent it will vape.

All my ecigs and mods will go into the thrash if the atties on this last me a couple of weeks each....keeping my fingers crossed.

Agree, EDO. It is a keeper. It would be fabulous if the attys last two weeks. I am still using mine after two weeks. I have blown them out, but not washed them. Have used halo menthol ice almost exclusively in it, but have tried a couple of others. I use my other darker juice in the gogo. Enjoying the ego t very much.

As a side note, I made my lanyard mod for it yesterday. Package of lanyards from staples. Removed the clip from the the ring, added a small diameter plumbing O-ring. It stays on the ego just great, and will be easy to remove for any atty maintenance. Not bad for a couple of bux!

Reet_Az with all attys the darker the juice and the more syrupy the juice the shorter your attys will last. For example....my goto device was the m201. With Ry4 juice the m201 attys would easily last about 6-8 weeks...without ever cleaning them. I once bought this great tasting juice from a local retailer and suddenly my attys started to drop like flies after 3-5 days. His home made juices were very syrupy. The juice you use can make big difference.

Agree, EDO about the syrupy juices. I really have not ordered anything that seems too thick or dark. No issues with any of the lighter juices. I am using either 70/30 or 80/20 depending on supplier.

I see folks having issues with their ego-t's and I wish they were all having the good experience that I am having. Halo juice and ego-t from Vicky at Cignot just rock my world. And that's a good thing!

No need for me to make another review thread. Hope it's okay to just post here.

I first got mine and the performance was great. No leaks, consistent hits. But used alot of liquid. It hits, IMO, very much like a cartomizer. I wouldn't tell a difference in a blind taste test. Unfortunately, it has a lifespan of a cartomizer, too. After a week and half, I rinsed, blew out with some return in performance. By the end of week two, I got tired of the 15 second button presses to get a decent hit. It's not dead, but it's a very gimp horse. I sort of see this as an easily refillable two piece $13 cartomizer.

Right now, I'm back to using my 2 month old reg 510 atty (Joye manuf.). And it's hitting better than the tank did on day one. I keep trying out these new attys/carts for the ego that come out (ego super big cartomizer, mega super atomizer thing, ect), but nothing has torn me away from the orig 510 atty.

Maybe the LR tank would give more lifespan, but I'm sure it would go through more liquid than the already guzzling tank.

I've been using a T for about ten days now.
It's convenient and tidy.
Yes, it does seem to use a lot of juice.
It doesn't produce as good of a hit as the jumbo atty or a standard 510.
It's a good idea that needs some engineering changes.
Why is there a cover plate over the coil? If the purpose of the coil plate is to reduce flooding, maybe it should be re-designed with channels to facilitate better fliud flow.
I'm kinda hesitant to try the LR tank.
As of now, I'm staying with my jumbos (SR and LR).

You talking about the needle plate? If so, it's there to pierce the tank and route the juice through the wick. Without it the juice would all just run out through the atty.

From my EVO to your eyeballs!
