Reviews of Fasttech?

I placed order yesterday for eliquids and coils but then i asked customer care to change one flavor but still there is no response from their side and even my order is not dispatched?

Is there anyone here from fasttech? Or can anyone help me in this?

Fasttech can take up to 24 hour's to respond to tickets. As far as when the order will ship, you can look at the tracking drop down tab. Where your name shows at the top right of the screen. That will give you a shipping eta and tell you an estimate for shipping time

You can easily cancel individual items in an order, and be immediately reimbursed. Then, order the correct item. Which will be shipped separately.
