my feathers are a bit ruffled.. I had been saving for something, and with the change, it is no longer attainable. no one's fault, it is how it is.. I'll get over it when my restock of The Cure gets here (so much for letting it steep a month first!)

The blue chips are super easy to get - visiting the site once a day and logging in is 20. A few quick shares and you can roll up 100s in a few minutes - real easy.

Basically the gist of it is - we selected a specific reward level and it was miscalculated from the start...

7.3% rewards if you utilize blue chips
5.4% rewards if you just use gold

Either way the rewards are obnoxious - most sites pay 1%.

We're offering an extra 1.9% rewards if you engage the site with regularity, share the love on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN.

So many posts about problems with coins for discounts. What happened to great and fair pricing across the board without the hassle of rewards to track?

The old rewards program was no hassle for you (IE, we just tossed a bottle in randomly) - but - from an administrative point of view it was troublesome because we have to track inventory... there was no way for us to track the "free bottles" unless we manually added that bottle to every order (time intensive). It was also unfair to the people who tend to place larger orders... all orders are not created equal. If you place 3x $500 orders, you should get more rewards than someone who places 3x $15 orders (which is how it used to be - you got a free 15ml bottle every 3-5 orders). There's no perfect rewards system. We utilize a third party administrator (Loyalis) for our rewards program... believe me, Katy is beating them up to make sure it works proper. If we can't get them up to speed, we will remove rewards entirely (which is sure to make everyone happy I am sure!)

We've had some issues with the rewards program, but for the most part is is working as intended. We're happy to look into any individual rewards account if there is any discrepancy. Contact customer service by submitting a contact form and/or send an email to contact@nicoticket.com if you think there is missing chips, etc.

As a general rule, gold coins do not update until your order ships (or, within 24 hours).

One coupon code can be used per order (so, if you use a coupon like the BOGO, or one of the FOTW coupons, you can *not* use a reward coupon). Rewards coupons are intended to be used on FULL PRICED PRODUCT.

Kent, the reward system is great. It's more than generous and I'm extremely grateful to have it. NT family, just be happy you're getting rewards! Be patient. Mista Kent Brooks and Katy will get it fixed! With BOGO, FOTW, and other random sales, it should be more than enough to tide us over until the reward system is functioning smoothly!
