Rewicked with cotton. Unimpressed with vapor.

So I was really excited last night when I got my first rda and built my first micro-coil. It tasted fantastic and made a lot of vapor. Everyone's been talking up cotton, so today, I got a hold of some sterile 100% cotton and rewicked. There's not much improvement in flavor, and the vapor production is way down. What could I be doing wrong?

Also, isn't anyone afraid of getting brown lung from inhaling cotton particles?

Vapor production down may have a lot more to do with a bad coil position than anything. What rda are you using? Photos of your build will help a lot.

Too much wick can cause a problem too. But low vapor production in that case is usually combined with a burnt taste from dried out cotton as well.

Once this cotton is wet with fluids nothing is going anywhere, so "brown lung"? No.

So, I've noticed shrinking with saturated cotton. Where's it going ??? Just asking.

try yarn, I personally hate cotton puff balls. tried it many times and it just not for me. plus yarn is really easy to rewick and seems to last longer.

I use peaches and creme. Just make sure to boil it for about 15 minutes
