Have you tried adjusting the battery? Get a small screwdriver and pull the center button on the battery up very slightly. It might have gotten pushed down a bit charging it. Also you could get a bent paperclip and pull the center on the carto up slightly.

That's an issue sometimes with dcc. They don't make a connection with the battery. They do sell adaptors but the adjustment might work.

Try the solution above from swedishfish. If the batts smell like god aweful burning computer board then they are shot. If this is the case the light on the button will still fire but the board is toasted. I had a faulty charger once that shorted out the batts and if you have a shorted carto or atty it can do the same thing. Best of luck

I have the same experience with all smok cartos, the center pins are way too easy to push in. I'd at least try the paperclip method to wiggle the carto center pin out, even sticking out a little. If I swap a Smok carto from my Prodigy to the Riva, it will blink the blue light as an error alert, and shut off. I always need to pull the carto post back out.

Worth a shot. (And not saying this is your problem, but on a few occasions I've met fellow vapers who didn't realize that their 3-click shutoffs were engaged.)
