Problem with Riva 510 battery

I just received this Riva battery for no longer then 3 weeks. Works great in the beginning. Well it all started yesterday, I started vaping on it with a boge carto, it was working fine, then later on as I vape more, the led light on the button blinks when I click on it. Coudln't vape on it either. So I was like low batteries? So I try charging it on the usb charger. No LED lite lit up on the charger or the battery. I thought charger was dead so I tried another battery that I had that was fully charged. The charger worked fine. So I then try the battery that had the blinking light, didn't work. Then I cleaned the threaded end on both battery and charger w/ alchohol as suggested. It worked again! It wasn't low on battery, but I just let it charge anyway. Well later on it was fully charged, I was using it w/ an atty + cart, had the same problem after a few puffs, blinking lights, can't vape again. So I unscrewed and clean w/ alcohol. Screw back on, worked perfect again, then after like 3 puffs again blinking lights. Nothing was fluiding. I chk the atty it look fine. So I clean again, and samething kept happening after a few puffs. Then I change to boge carto and try, It happen 2 times then afterwards it vape fine all the way all day. Then I decide to try the atty again, had the problem with the battery again. So I dunno whats wrong, maybe if just a tiny liquid gets on the battery thread it lose connection? Anyone ever had that problem? My other battery has no problem at all. Anything I can do?

I dont know if I could explain this right. Try taking a pin and lifting the end of the atty or carto up a little. Sometimes its not making a connection.It works for me.

send it back. i had one riva battery that wouldn't work with regular attys. i think it wasn't ground properly at the post.

Contact your supplier and see what they say about this battery.

Also wondering if you didn't have a bad atty and it did something to your battery.
