I was just looking at this site someone posted... a really good price... 29.99$... especially when I payed 59.99$ for my kit... had not found this forum yet so didn't know about many sites/deals etc :(

So, I looked it over because my brother is asking about it and I really really REALLY would love for him to switch from analogs to e-cigs... I'm 12 years older than he is but he's suffering 10 times more than I ever did from smoking... Like I wrote in my earlier post, asthma, allergies, lungs of a 60yr old at 25...

OK, so what I noticed was that it didn't offer a charger with the kit? And... the size of the tip looks similar to the size of a AA battery... maybe a AAA, but looks more like a AA... I mean... otherwise, it wouldn't be a very good starter kit with no charger?

Correct assumption or no?

have you checked on this page? Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510 Not sure if that's the one you're referring to or not.

They're out of the $29.99 kits, but they have some $34.99 ones and the owner said they'll have more of the lite bundles within a week. Both are extremely good deals and come with a charger.

Every kit should have a charger. Only the disposables won't and that's why they're disposable. Another option for a kit is EVcigarettes, who has a Riva kit for $59.95, but it comes with 20ml of liquid, a drip tip and you get 15% off, so it's still not a bad deal. Use coupon code "vapingguides" to get the 15% off.

It comes with a charger. You can charge it with a computer via USB or by plugging it into a wall outlet. The battery is larger than an AA battery, and is good for about 300 charges. It stays charged for about 8 hours, or 3-4 with continual vaping.

I think a 25 year old would like a Riva 510, it's not gimmicky, and it isn't confused with a real cigarette, plus it has the power to keep someone off cigarettes because of the battery power/life.
