Rm2 air hole

Do you find the stock air hole a little small? What size do you prefer? Thanks Dave

I worked my way from stock to 1/16 and I'm now at 5/64. I'd start at 1/16 or smaller if you have number drill bits. Go up slowly you can always go up but it's hard to go back to smaller. Give each size a couple of days before going up.

I'm fine with 1/16 but that's just my preference. I definitely went up from stock though.

A larger air hole will lend a cooler vapor temperature (a good thing if you're running very low resistance) and more vapor. If you go very big, flavor and throat hit may diminish.

As a mouth-to-lunger, I keep my air holes at a reasonable diameter.

I went with a 1/16th inch bit too. It's really easy to drill, I just twirled the bit between my fingers.

As FM said airflow controls the heat of the coil. Lower ohm and more airflow nets more vapor. You need to balance air flow with ohms for your perfect vape, whatever that may be. I find 1/16 with 1.2 ohm coils give a nice mouth hit, but a little restrictive for a full lung hit. When I go below .7 ohms I need a much larger hole, 5/64 or two 3/32 holes
