rn 4081 question

hey guy i just got my rn 4081 atty and i noticed a burnt taste after like the third vape i looked inside and it looks like the wick got burned i dunno how maybe noob stupidity should i take the wick out if so how do i do that or do i have to but another atty i hope i dont have to but another i would have to wait for it and be tempted to smoke analog any help would be appreciated
