I have 4 atomizers that I rotate between each day and every night I rinse out the one I was using and let it drain. Also once a week I put them all in a coke bath. Even with all of this all 4 of my atomizers stopped working this week :/ I've tried the coke bath, hot water and even soaked them in denture cleaner for a bit and nothing...anything else I could do or do I have to just buy replacements?

Coke will eat metals. Not to mention there is a connector in there where your battery gives it juice. Wasn't a good idea to soak them.
well if that is the case then there is a lot of bad info floating around these forums because a lot of people recommend the coke bath to clean them up.
This is what I find: If you can ohm them out with a meter you will see about 4 ohms for a good atty. Much higher means it is likely fried. If the ohms are about 4, then they are just clogged. Using a passthru gives it lots of power and will keep it clean/resurrect it.
After cleaning in hot water (I use the hot water dispenser at the water cooler at work, letting them soak in a paper cup for about 10 minutes) I just blow it out w/compressed air in a can. If it is actually dry now, then about 3-5 drops of liquid directly on the wire mesh is needed to "re-prime" the inner wick.
If all that doesn't start it up, then I have GENTLY inserted a paper clip gently thru the brass end until it goes in about 3/4". This last step did the trick with 2 attys the other day for me.

I only clean an atomizer if it has a lingering bad taste. I use Coke (only thing I've found that reliably cleans up bad taste) to soak, then rinse with water, then prime with a mixture of 20% VG with water, then blow out and dry thoroughly. I've had 1 failed atty (my fault, overheated it) in almost 2 months of heavy use.
The priming step seems to help the wicking action so the atty vapes good right away.

Not exactly "bad" info. Atomizer cleaning is a total crap shoot. No one has found a perfect way to clean them. A lot of people have their preferred methods, but nothing has been proven yet. I don't clean mine at all, and they last for months.
